REGISTRATION: We are asking a $25 Registration Fee, which will include an on-site Box Lunch on Saturday and an off-site dinner Saturday  evening.  Scholarships are available, please email Nancy Campbell at mensanancy@gmail.com for more information.  You can also register on-site as a walk-in, but the Saturday lunches need to be ordered in advance so registration by March 14th is preferred.  You can register in either one of two ways: email John Barnes at kf4oyt@carolina.rr.com, OR fill out the online Registration Form, which will handle the emailing for you.  Please include your first and last name, and your local group name or number.

PRESENTERS: Timothy and Trevor are both from the national office: Timothy Brooks is the national Membership and Admissions Manager, while Trevor Mitchell is the Senior Director of Membership and Strategy.  Both will be speaking on the service areas they manage. Mary Ann Cox is from Piedmont Area Mensa, which has a very strong program and, prior to the introduction of the Jewel Awards, repeatedly received the Group Of The Year Award. Heather Booton, from Chicago Area Mensa, was the 2016 HalloWeeM Chair and will join us via teleconference to share her experience.

Included Meals: Saturday lunch will be Box Lunches from Subway, in a variety including a vegetarian option. We will have them available in Hospitality shortly before 1:30, and you are welcome to eat either there or in the Ambassador Meeting Room. Soft drinks will also be provided. Saturday evening we have a reservation for 6:00 PM at the Azteca Mexican Restaurant, just a short walk across the parking lot. You will select from a special menu prepared for this event, and your meal there is included with your registration. Alcoholic beverage are not included, but you can place an order from their regular menu and pay for that separately.

Other Meals: For those staying at the Comfort Inn, the hotel provides Hot Breakfast.  If you are staying elsewhere, food options within one mile include: Applebee’s, Azteca Mexican Restaurants, Ben Thanh, Boston Market, Burger King, Captain D’s, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cici’s, Cracker Barrel, Dairy Queen Brazier, Dunkin’ Donuts, Ghengis Grill, IHOP, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jimmy John’s, Kebab-Je Rotisserie & Grill, Kojan Bistro, Krispy Kreme, McDonalds, Monterrey Mexican, Outback Steakhouse, Panera Bread, Red Lobster, Showmars, Starbucks, and Texas Roadhouse.
